Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Shipping is free in the continental USA if your order total exceeds $75.00. For orders less then $75.00, We use live Fed Ex rates which will be displayed at checkout.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

All returned product must be identified with a RMA number (return materials authorization) which should be obtained from our customer service department.
