Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Shipping is free in the continental USA if your order total exceeds $250.00. For orders less then $250.00, We use live Fed Ex rates which will be displayed at checkout.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at hello@tabld.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@tabld.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return authorization, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Pricing and Billing

We are required to charge sales tax in any State where we are obligated to collect sales tax.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day your order arrives. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and returned with original tags and packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase on hand.

(Kindly note that items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.)

Some items—such as custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces—cannot be returned. Additionally, we’re unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about your specific item, we’re always here to help.

If you’d like to exchange a piece, the quickest way is to process a return and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.

International Shipping

We ship anywhere in the continental United States and Canada.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
