Use and Care

Wash by hand with hot, soapy water or in a commercial dishwasher with recommended low-phosphate detergents and avoid abrasive cleaners. Dry promptly and store in a dry place. For stainless steel, avoid leaving food on it overnight and don't soak for long periods.
